  • We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours via Royal Mail or Parcelforce on a 1 to 3 working day delivery service.
  • We are able to track the progress of your order on your behalf, simply email us as info@petweeaway.co.uk.

Mainland UK does not include Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. We apologise to our customers in these areas, whose orders fall into a higher charge rate from our delivery contractors, please make an additional carriage payment of £5.99 via PayPal to info@petweeaway.co.uk.
