General Instructions
- Shake well before opening,
- Dilute with water to activate, simply pour the required amount into a bowl, mop bucket or direct onto the surface and add the same amount of water (activated on a 1 part solution to 1 part water),
- N.B. If you have an area of high soiling, you must dilute, please do not be mislead that adding the concentrate solution to the area will be more effective, as the solution must be diluted with water to activate the biological action which eats away at the urine,
- Always test a small inconspicuous area first to test for colour fastness,
- Cover with a teatowel (small area) or cotton sheet (larger area) for a couple of hours to allow the biological action to continue,
- Repeat applications may be required for areas which are severely soiled or which have old urine stains, we would recommend that the affected area is covered for 24 hours after cleaning.
Carpets, Fabrics, Upholstery (Soft Furnishings)
- Prepare solution,
- Test a small area,
- Using a scrubbing brush, or cloth for smaller areas, work the solution into the affected area so that it penetrates into the fibres and backing materials, be cautious when brushing not to damage the fibres of the material,
- Cover the area.
Tiles, Concrete, Back Yards (Hard Surfaces)
- Prepare solution,
- Test a small area,
- Mop or brush the solution over the affected area,
- Odours will subside as the biological action digests the pet urine which is held within the pores of these hard surfaces, eventually it will remove the matter completely,
- Cover the area (tiles or internal concrete).
Wooden Floors, Laminate Floors, Floorboards (Wood Surfaces)
- Prepare solution,
- Test a small area,
- Mop or brush the solution over the affected area,
- Cover the area.
Regular cleaning at a 20:1 solution (20 part water to 1 part Pet wee AWAY) will ensure surfaces are odour free.
