Please read the following terms thoroughly before placing an order with Pet wee AWAY.
1. These Terms
1.1 In these Terms "Goods/Order(s)" means all goods sold by Us to You. "We/Us/Our" means Premium Consulting T/A Pet wee AWAY and Pet clean AWAY and "You/Your/Customer(s)" means the person purchasing the Goods.
1.2 These Terms are the only terms on which We sell goods. Our representatives or staff are not authorised to agree any other terms to vary these Terms.
1.3 These Terms supersede any previous terms between You and Us (whether verbal or written).
1.4 We reserve the right to suspend delivery in the event that circumstances arise which in Our view, oblige Us to do so, or in the event that Your account in not paid in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right the reduce or cancel Orders in the event of non-payment, shortage of stocks or for any other reason to execute a delivery wholly or in part and to make reasonable alterations to products and/or packaging as circumstances may demand. We will not be liable for costs, damages, losses or expenses of any nature resulting from part delivery, suspension of delivery, reduction or cancellation of Orders.
2. Prices
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse orders.
2.2 Full payment for Goods is to be made at point of order.
2.3 Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
2.4 There is no minimum order value.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery is charged at £3.99 for orders up to £150 (UKMAINLAND ONLY)* and is carriage free for orders £150.00 or over (Mainland UK* does not include Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands). We apologise to our customers in these areas, whose orders fall into a higher charge rate from our delivery contractors, please make an additional carriage payment of £5.99 via PayPal to info@petweeaway.co.uk.
3.2 All goods should be examined upon delivery prior to being signed for.
3.3 We reserve the right to provide Substitute Goods due to stock shortages, however You are entitled to return these Goods at no charge for a full refund should the substitutions not be acceptable.
3.4 Our aim is to despatch Your Order within 48 hours of receiving Your Order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcelforce and are generally delivered between 1 and 3 working days.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 If Goods have NOT been delivered - You are entitled to cancel your Order up to fourteen days from Order date by emailing info@petweeaway.co.uk.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 If Goods HAVE been delivered - In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Customers are entitled to request a return of unused Goods within seven days from delivery date. This is the 'Cooling-off period'. Pet Solutions Ltd will waiver the cost of the return provided that Goods are in original packaging, and unused. We will arrange for the return of the Goods within fourteen days. Refunds will be issued within thirty days from the date the return was requested.
5.2 In the event that upon delivery You discover damaged Goods, Goods that appear to have been tampered with, short or incorrect delivery, We will arrange for a return of such Goods. The annotations or alterations should be noted and agreed with Us. Upon receipt and checking of returns a full refund will be issued within thirty days. Damaged Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
6. Payment & Security
6.1 We accept payment securely via PayPal and Google Checkout.
7. Data Protection
7.1 In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Your details remain private and will not be passed on to third parties.
8. Warranties and Liabilities
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall affect Our implied undertakings given to You under s12 Sale of Goods Act 1979.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability We may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
8.3 We reserve the right to recall any products without prior notice in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations 1994.
9. Complaints
9.1 We are committed to providing a high level of service if however You have a complaint about Our products or level of service, write to Pet wee AWAY, PO Box 61, Llandudno, LL32 8ZB. We will endeavour to resolve Your complaint within thirty days.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Not withstanding any other condition We shall have no liability whatsoever under or in any way related to the sale and purchase of the Goods otherwise (whether in contract, tort (including without limiting negligence) or by way of statutory duty) for any failure to fulfil any obligation hereunder if and to the extent that such fulfillment is prevented by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.
11. Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
